This parcel of property, is 320 acres total for a Three Year Lease for first year paid in full auction date, Possession May 9, 2022. Next Two Years paid to GRT Farms on or before May 9, in 2023, 2024. This parcel contains approximately 132.84 acres dryland hay ground and 187.16 acres of pasture, 1 dam in pasture, Butte- Meade Water hydrant in Southwest corner of pasture. Lessee will be liable for repairing and maintain the fences. Lessor will allow up to $750 per year for material for fences. Lessee will have Butte-Meade water meter put in their name during the terms of the lease. Lessee will carry a $1,000,000.00 dollars’ worth of Liability Insurance to protect lessors from any accidents.
